Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped via Purolator and we will bill you the amount Purolator bills us.

We do not upcharge the freight charges.

Larger orders may ship using one of our LCL shippers, and again we will bill you for the freight.

We also deliver as much as we can.

Delivery = free freight.

Warranty Policy

Most of our suppliers have warranties on their products for 90 days.

If any manufacturing defect arises please let us know.

Returns are processed on a case by case basis.

We require as much detail as possible (for example: style number, size, and pictures of the damage).

We will examine the damaged item and contact our supplier for warranty.

We accept payment by e-transfer, EFT, and cheque.
